A: Each tier is priced per building or system zone, with annual and monthly payment options:

  • Community Care Tier – $500/year or $46/month
  • Neighborhood Shield Tier – $900/year or $82/month
  • Community Guardian Tier – $1,500/year or $136/month
  • Association Elite Tier – $2,250/year or $204/month

A: Each tier includes specific services like:

  • Water Heater Flushes (shared systems or designated units)
  • Pipe & Valve Checks in common areas
  • Fixture inspections in shared spaces
