At Fast Freddy’s Plumbing, we are proud to introduce City Takers SWFL as one of our valued community partners. This dynamic nonprofit organization uses the power of urban arts to inspire change and positively impact lives, working with a mission rooted in hope, transformation, and service.
City Takers SWFL is dedicated to reaching and transforming the urban and hip-hop culture with the message of the Gospel. They live out their mission through what they call the #LoveACity, #DrawACity, and #BuildACity approach:
- #LoveACity by maintaining a consistent presence in the streets, jails, shelters, and urban neighborhoods to meet needs, build relationships, and offer a message of hope.
- #DrawACity by using urban arts, media, and events to engage and inspire, creating opportunities to connect with the community in meaningful and relevant ways.
- #BuildACity by equipping people through biblical teaching, leadership development, evangelistic training, and hands-on service to multiply leaders of change throughout the city.
Located right next door to Fast Freddy’s Plumbing, City Takers SWFL is more than just a neighbor—they are a hands-on partner in serving the community. Throughout the year, we have had the privilege of working alongside their incredible volunteers to distribute food, reach out to those in need, and teach classes as part of their discipleship and outreach programs.
Partnering with City Takers SWFL allows us to be part of something bigger: the transformation of our community and the hope of a better, stronger future for the next generation. We are honored to stand with them as we work together to make a lasting impact.
